The hotel had tastefully decorated rooms with friendly staff. Although not 100% clean, it didn't bother me much. The rooms were fresh, clean, and light, nicely furnished with good quality feather pillows and duvet, located in the basement.

The location was excellent and easy to find, just a few minutes walk to the metro station, and 20 minutes by car to the Trafford Centre. It was reasonably close to the airport.
